CSUMB offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree completion program for Registered Nurses who have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or students who are near completion of an ADN. Upon completion of the CSU and CSUMB General Education requirements, the BSN may be completed in approximately 14 months or four semesters of full time study. Coursework begins in June 2014 and can be completed by July 2015.

Additionally, in 2014-2015, CSUMB collaborates with established ADN programs at four community colleges in the tri-county area (Monterey Peninsula, Hartnell, Cabrillo and Gavilan) in a second BSN degree option. In this collaborative program, students are accepted in a partner ADN program, spend time in a “blended” learning environment while completing their studies at the community college and CSUMB. Students will receive an associate’s degree from their community college and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from CSUMB.
