The MPA Department provides each entering major with an Advising Handbook that contains complete and highly detailed information about the major and serves as a guide until degree completion. You are also assigned a faculty advisor according to the concentration identified in your Individual Learning Plan. You must meet with your advisor each semester to track progress. In addition, we encourage all music majors to help each other through peer mentoring.
