Outdoor Education Minor ~ Distinguishing Features

The minor in Outdoor Education offers students a well-rounded program designed to produce outdoor, environmentally aware, leaders. Course work focuses on recreational theories, business practices and environmental issues, while field excursions take students to wilderness areas throughout California to develop backcountry skills and expand environmental awareness.
