Prerequisites

Successful completion of coursework that satisfies the English Communication ULR, Levels A and B

Outcomes, Courses, and Assessment

You must complete four upper-division courses that include assessment for all five Learning Outcomes. All-upper division HCOM courses require successful completion of coursework that satisfies the ENGCOM ULR Levels A and B as a prerequisite. 

Outcomes

LO 1 ~ Communicate ethically and effectively in both written and oral contexts for a variety of purposes and to diverse audiences.

LO 2 ~ Interpret and critically analyze a variety of texts, including written, oral, visual, and multimedia presentations.
