Health and Wellness Minor ~ Home

The Health and Wellness Minor offers courses that focus upon both personal well-being and the skills to implement the content into chosen majors regardless of career or life path. Anyone wanting to live optimally and assist family, community, and personal well-being will benefit.

Once a minor is declared, three courses are required covering both theory and practical implications. These can come from the following content offerings:

  • Effectively Dealing with Modern Day Stress
  • Fundamentals and Issues involved in Human Sexuality
  • Life Long Learning Foundations 
  • Patterns and Dynamics of Relationships
  • Behavior Change and Support Strategies
  • Multicultural Ancestral Views of Well-Being and Healing
