Pre-Law Minor ~ Learning Environment
The Pre-Law Minor learning environment includes courses that emphasize models of argumentation, ethical advocacy, empathic listening, conflict resolution, social justice, philosophical analysis, critical perspectives on law and society, and the history of law and legal institutions in the United States. Throughout many of these learning experiences, students will have the opportunity to examine critical race and gender jurisprudential theories.
