Over the past 15 years Normi Burke has worked in local school districts presenting seminars for teachers regarding arts education in the classroom. She has coordinated education programs and exhibitions for the Monterey Museum of Art and the National Steinbeck Center. Normi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drawing and Painting and a Master of Arts in Education. She continues to pursue her own studio practice. This is her 6th year teaching at CSUMB.
