Payment Deadlines
January 7, 2011 ~ Last day to pay registration fees or have completed your FAFSA, otherwise your classes will be dropped for non-payment
January 8, 2011 ~ Starting today, payment or a Financial Aid fee deferment is required prior to registration. This includes students who's enrollment was cancelled.
February 4, 2011 ~ Last day of Spring 2011 fee deferment for financial aid students ~ Last day to have fees paid without being assessed a $20 administrative late fee and/or a $20 late housing fee ~ Last day to have all fees paid without a financial hold placed on your account
Refund Deadlines
January 21, 2011 ~ Last day to officially cancel registration or drop all courses and receive a full refund of mandatory fees
February 4, 2011 ~ Last day to drop from full-time to part-time and receive a full refund of the State University Fee difference (nonresident students also receive full refund of tuition)
February 14, 2011 ~ Last day for Open Unviversity students to drop and receive a prorated refund
April 8, 2011 ~ Last day to officially withdraw or cancel all courses and receive a prorated refund of mandatory fees
Registration Deadline
January 21, 2011 ~ Last day to register without being assessed a $25 late registration fee
Installment Payment Plan Deadlines
First installment due with signed contract ~ Installments are due on or before the listed due date on contract ~ $20 Administrative Late Fee is assessed for each late payment made
February 7, 2011 ~ 2nd installment due
March 7, 2011 ~ 3rd installment due
Financial Holds
Business and Finance (Student Financials) holds (SF) are placed on accounts with balances. For students with a financial aid fee deferment, SF holds are placed on accounts with balances following the deferment deadline.
