Joy Rubey's career in nonprofit management spans over 30 years, with an emphasis on fundraising, volunteerism, board development and inter-organizational collaboration. She has held leadership positions in nonprofits serving developmentally disabled adults, survivors of domestic violence, and people living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS. She has also served as a grant writer and management consultant for numerous public and private agencies and collaborative associations on the Central Coast.
