Admissions ~ Health Screening

You are required to present proof of the immunizations listed below to the CSU campus you will be attending before the beginning of your first term of enrollment. These are not admission requirements, but shall be required as conditions of CSU enrollment.

Measles and Rubella

All new or readmitted students born after January 1, 1957 must provide proof of full immunization against measles and rubella prior to enrollment.

Hepatitis B

All new students who will be 18 years of age or younger at the start of your first term at a CSU campus must provide proof of full immunization against Hepatitis B before enrolling. Full immunization against Hepatitis B consists of three timed doses of vaccine over a minimum of four to six months. If you need further details or have special circumstances, please consult the Campus Health Center.

Meningococcal Disease

All incoming freshman who will be residing in on-campus housing must acknowledge - through the Student Housing and Residential Life's website - that they have received information about the meningococcal disease and the availability of the vaccine to prevent contracting the disease.
