In each course satisfying the Culture and Equity ULR, evidence is assessed to determine if you have satisfied the outcomes for the ULR. For a description of the evidence and the criteria that guide the faculty member assessing the evidence, email the Culture and Equity learning community chair.
You can also meet the requirements for this ULR through assessment of prior learning. Alternative assessment assumes that you have already attained mastery of the outcomes. It is not an independent study. To complete alternative assessment, you will integrate a portfolio including evidence of achievement of the five learning outcomes of the Culture and Equity University Learning Requirement.
You should email the Culture and Equity learning community chair to request authorization to enroll in ASMT422, the alternative assessment course.
