This minor provides you with an opportunity to attain fundamental levels of competency in leadership and management. These competencies also enhance your overall analysis and decision-making abilities, and will contribute to success in your chosen career field. Earning the Business Minor recognizes that you have gained proficiency in at least two core management and entrepreneurship disciplines.
The experience of Business majors and of students from other majors that have fulfilled the equivalent of the Business Minor suggests that employers place a high value on management and entrepreneurship competencies.
