"My experience of seeing students develop throuogh this minor is that it enables a depth of maturity and skills in personal well-being and self-development which is directly applicable to their chosen careers.  People who want to work with others in a variety of settings such as schools, public organizations, social work, and business gain not only rich content, but also  can apply  their work and facilitate behavoir change .  All of this leads to higher levels of well-being and community responsibility."
