Information Technology and Communication Design B.S. (formerly TMAC)

The way that we communicate, conduct business, learn, and see the world will continue to change at an incredible pace due to ever-advancing technology. To keep up, employers need people who truly grasp the complexities of technology so that they can keep up as the changes occur. Our Information Technology and Communication Design major (formerly known as Telecommunications, Multimedia and Applied Computing or TMAC) develops that depth of knowledge. It provides broad-based understanding of current technologies and applications, and merges this knowledge with design, communication, and management skills. As an ITCD major, you will develop a customized university experience pertinent to your career ambitions and the needs of a global, multicultural society.
